We are looking for a person who can manage projects and have Strong project management background in technical field preferably healthcare, automotive or acquivalent.

You are Managing project teams from date of Contract signing to project completion.

The Sales and project management function in Swisslog Health care joins 2 main functions! acquisition of new business projects as a sales function and project management of those projects. The Sales & project manager plays a key role in the success of the organization in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure targeted revenues and profit margins are reached by setting up an effective control and risk management mechanism for all projects
  • Monitor project status through regular project review meetings and extensive communication with all involved parties
  • Generally, monitor and help identify and mitigate projects risk
  • Efficient communication with all Customer Stakeholders
  • Establish, manage and motivate a mixed, cross-functional and multi-cultural project team central and local resources
  • Establish, manage and motivate a mixed, cross-functional and multi-cultural project team central and local resources, also liaiase with Swisslog Technology Centers in Germany and Italy.
  • Ensure the assigned projects are performing according to contract, customer satisfaction, technical aspects, timing, financial aspects and in accordance with Swisslog guidelines
  • Support sales teams during the proposal phase with focus on risk, contractual and commercial
  • Evaluation/input for price calculations
  • Contracting within the general regulations ABT 06
  • Experience with Public Tenders and applicable contract in this field
We are looking for you
  • Degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering or Business Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of project management
  • Experience within Healthcare, Hospital or Building Industry
  • Experience with Public Tenders and applicable contract in this field
  • Sales experience
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers
  • knowledge in Swedish and English
