The opportunity
XLASH is now looking for their next star, a customer service representative.

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
  • Manage customer questions via email, chat and social media in a professional and efficient way
  • Additional sales and recruit customer club members
  • Opportunity to participate in upcoming events
  • Handling some financial information, such as receipt accounting and credits
  • Other administrative tasks
The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility and also the opportunity to influence the role yourself. XLASH office is located in Stockholm at Birger Jarlsgatan, only a few quick steps from where the action is.

The position initially refers to a consulting assignment via Studentwork, with good chances of a permanent employment for the right person.

Who you are
We think that you have previous experience of customer service in e-commerce. A requirement for the service is also that you are an excellent communicator in writing and speaking in both English and Swedish. In addition to this, we also see that you have an interest in Xlash products!
