Our customer is a distributor of electronics in the Nordic region. Their range includes upwards of 200,000 different products from well-known brands such as Fluke, Honeywell, Omron and others as well as their own brand. The company has more than 50 years of experience in the industry and is part of a European organization with several sales offices around Europe. Together, they have more than 1 million customers and a total of about 400 employees. We are now looking for a Nordic- speaking Customer Service Agent to their head office in Kista, who will be part of their customer service team with start in January 2021. In this role you report to the Customer Service Manager who is based in Stockholm.

As a Customer Service agent your mainly work is within 2nd line support where you support the company's customers with guidance on technical issues. You will proactively support corporate customers with a focus on moving them to online self-service and 1st line support. In this position, you work with CRM systems and focus on e-commerce, the web and other digital marketing channels. In this role you have an operational role with focus on service and support for B2B- customers where you handle incoming cases through incoming calls and emails.

This is a direct recruitment, which means that you will be directly employed by our customer and StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process. For this position you work during office hours, Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30. You work at the customer's regional head office in Kista and start with an introduction.

Requirements for this position is that you have a completed high school education and have a few years' experience working in a customer-service role. It is a benefit if you have worked in similar roles and have a background as a customer service employee or telemarketer. We are looking for you who have fluent language skills in Norwegian, Finnish, Danish or Swedish as well as in English. Requirements for the position are speaking and writing fluently in one of the Nordic-speaking languages and English. If you have a technical interest or experience of selling technical products in a company that works within electronics, this is a strong merit for the position.

As a customer service employee, you have good service qualities as you are focused on dealing with unusual customer problems. Furthermore, you have a good habit of working at a high work pace, are business-driven and have a good system habit. If you have experience of working in SAP- systems, this is a strong merit for the position. To fit into this role, you are a customer-oriented team player who is used to work with both digital tools and international teams.
