In this position you will lead the work around Internal Control & Financial reporting in the Securitas Europe Division. You will be a key person in maintaining the ICFR framework and to provide divisional and group finance. Among other things, your focus will be on providing input to the division and group finance for reporting on ICFR performance. You will also provide Divisional level monitoring that processes determined are appropriately controlled at country level. You will report to the Divisional Controller and will work closely with many different stakeholders such as Group Management Assurance, country CFOs and auditors. The position is located at Securitas modern head office in Stockholm City at Lindhagen, Kungsholmen.Main Responsibilities
- Provide input to the Division and Group Finance for reporting on ICFR performance (for example audit report management comments, status of action plans, statutory audit progress, self-assessments, key projects, training & awareness)
- Follow -up on ICFR observations from audits and reviews
- Provide input on any additional audits/reviews should be undertaken and report on any conclusions thereof
- Share best practice across the company
- Supporting, developing, follow-up and monitoring country ICFR performance
- Defining additional Divisional specific controls
You have a relevant university degree within business administration. Minimum 5 years experience in the field of finance, preferably as an auditor for large companies in one of the top audit firms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. You should also have knowledge within IFRS and are committed to travel around Europe.Personal skills
