Based in Stockholm, you will work on the demand side of our energy and sustainability services. Your aim is to leverage existing relationships by driving the customer engagement and supporting an energy efficiency programme along the way.
Your challenge initially will be to become familiar with our solutions, and along the way, you will discover that engaging with your customers takes time. The sales cycle is typically at least 6 months, so closing a deal takes patience. Your job will consist of approximately 70% hunting and 30% farming as you:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points in terms of energy efficiency
- Identify key stakeholders in the customer organisation and raise interest for a global program in order to deliver an Active Energy Management vision
- Mature the customer and develop a dedicated and customer-specific value proposal
- Enter a negotiation phase
- Formalise the contract
We are 4 sales collegues covering Scandinavia, owning the relationship with our customers regarding their demands. Your manager is based in Paris but travels to the Nordics every week. Weekly, we have pipeline meetings to discuss ongoing opportunities and actions, and each month, we have a meeting to discuss performance and achievements.Consultant with sales and sustainability experience
You have a background within consultancy enabling you to engage with companies regarding energy management programmes and leverage the ongoing relationship.
You have experience with energy and sustainability as well as sales so you can understand the customers' pain points, formalise a value proposition, negotiate and close the contract.
You are familiar with different software functionalities from an energy and sustainability standpoint as we sell software solutions.
You speak and write English fluently.
Personality wise, you have the patience to work with the customers during long sales cycles. You remain curious, enthusiastic and open to feedback to find the best possible value proposition for each customer.Interested?
