We are looking for an IT Project Manager!
Enterprise Technology Project Managers are running strategic and operational projects within Schibsted. The project portfolio includes company specific, regional and global projects.
As a Project Manager, you plan and run projects to deliver on business goals. You translate business needs into project plans and then use your leadership skills to execute on the plans, clearly communicating and motivating all people involved.

The job is challenging, fun and with alternating problems to solve, you will learn about and develop many different parts of Schibsted and get to know a lot of people. You will be part of the Enterprise Technology Plan department based in Stockholm.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Plan and manage projects towards business objectives with the bigger picture in mind. You will develop business cases, project objectives and detailed project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility where the project results are stable, maintainable and scalable through good solution architecture, proper testing and early involvement of operations.
Establish and maintain relationships with the project team, other internal resources, third parties, and vendors will be important tasks and to coordinate and communicate well with these parties for great project execution.
We measure project performance with a focus on the objectives, keeping track of deliverables, risks, budget forecast and costs. All projects report regularly to steering committee about project progress, concerns, and recommended solutions and to make sure that we exceed expectations.
Excellent communication skills to provide direction, support and bring good energy to the project members and stakeholders. A proactive attitude to continuously improve our internal processes, project model and routines.
Higher educational background, preferably university degree in the fields of computer science and/or relevant experience at a senior level with IT project management.
You have a solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
With a passion for people and technology; influencing and leading change, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a positive attitude and enjoy challenges.
