What our team does
We put others before ourselves, and by listening to what issues and roadblocks the people around us have, we help solve them. We go out into the world with an open mind and look at local issues from their perspective. We share all the knowledge we have, or come across, if we think it can help. By understanding that the customer is what drives our actions, we support the organization in prioritizing its resources to best serve them.

How we do it
We close the books together and have a lot of fun doing it. We work hard and play hard. We build and support finance community and share best practices, developing both ourselves and our peers. Through a strong and cohesive team, we deliver the absolute best and most reliable financial and business information, including action recommendations to our management and the entire organization.

Who you are – this is even more important
Being a positive and inspirational team player comes naturally to you, and with your genuine desire to collaborate and grow, you help others do the same. You're openminded with good work ethics, and you thrive on constructive feedback. By utilizing your process driven approach and analytical mindset, you take ownership of your work and deliver high quality results on time. With your drive, customer focus and self-motivational skills, you make things happen and iterate on solutions quickly.
