What our team does
We put others before ourselves, and by listening to what issues and roadblocks the people around us have, we help solve them. We go out into the world with an open mind and look at local issues from their perspective. We share all the knowledge we have, or come across, if we think it can help. By understanding that the customer is what drives our actions, we support the organization in prioritizing its resources to best serve them.
We're now looking for a Business Controller to join us at our headquarters in Stockholm. Do you want to learn more about financial performance management, and at the same time have a lot of fun doing it? Then we'd like to hear from you!
What you do
In this position, you analyze, follow-up, explain and comment on actual results versus historical data, forecasts and targets. You support the closing process by performing quality checks, detecting, and correcting potential mistakes. As a dynamic member of the management team, you act as a business partner and support the management with information, reports and presentations. With your open-minded approach, you easily build strong relationships and have great collaboration with our division stakeholders. Furthermore, you improve and maintain forecasting processes and procedures, and actively drive development and adaption of tools to optimize performance.
How we do it
We work hard and play hard! We build and support the finance community and share best practices – developing both ourselves and our peers. Through a strong and cohesive team, we deliver the absolute best and most reliable financial and business information, including action recommendations to our management and the entire organization.
Your background and what we find important
We're looking for someone with a degree in Accounting, Economics or STEM. You have at least three years' experience from business control, preferably within a global organization, combined with advanced skills in modern Excel and an understanding of IFRS. Experience as a management consultant is advantageous, as well as skills in Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, QlikView, BPC, or Aurora. As we act on a global stage, you need excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Who you are – this is even more important
As an inspirational team player, your genuine desire to collaborate and grow – and help others do the same – really shines through. You're openminded with good work ethics, and you thrive on constructive feedback. By utilizing your service driven approach and analytical mindset, you're considered a trusted and proactive professional who makes things happen. You're comfortable with numbers, complexity and large data sets, and always curious about new technology. With your drive, customer focus and self-motivational skills, you take ownership of your work and iterate on solutions quickly.
