About the role

In the role of Key Account Manager direct touch, it is you who is responsible for the dialogue and the relationship with our largest current and prospective customers regarding our enterprise offerings for mobile phones, tablets and Knox™ solutions. This means identifying who is the right person to contact and initiate dialogue based on the customers' needs. You are relationship-building, creative and driven in your way and you see opportunities instead of problems.You are a winner, regardless of whether it is a success to take a new deal, achieve your results or broaden our service portfolio with our existing customers. As we are a global company, English in speech and writing is no problem for you. The role involves traveling in the Nordic countries and you report to our B2B Sales Manager.

We believe your background looks like this:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales / sales of services and solutions within IT, Telecom or similar industry.
  • Experience of procurement, tenders, forecasting and pricing.
  • Understanding of the industry and its business models.
  • You have no problem with having a lot of things in "the air "and you can prioritize when needed
