Our clients are mainly large Nordic corporates, institutional investors, international companies with M&A activities in northern Europe, and private equity firms.
Corporate Finance is part of our Investment Banking group, which is a dynamic and international environment with approximately 400 highly motivated and experienced professionals located in the Nordic capitals, Frankfurt, London, New York and Hong Kong.
About the job
Within Corporate Finance, you will be part of handling advisory services at the highest professional level. Your tasks will include:* Analysis of financial information and financial modelling in order to provide insightful recommendations to clients* Coordination of work with both internal and external stakeholders* Being part of project teams structuring and executing ongoing transactions* Building strong client relationships and approaching clients in a structured and knowledgeable manner
The role is based in Stockholm, but frequent interactions with international colleagues should be expected.
Who are you?

You should have a minimum of three years of full-time experience in a similar position (e.g. a role in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a corporate position with exposure to corporate finance related tasks). We expect you to hold a degree in economics, finance, or engineering, and to have graduated with a strong academic record from a reputable university. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and orally.
