What you will be doing
As a UX designer within Customer Experience Design - Group, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and hands-on in development sprints. You will work in close cooperation with other UX designers as well as with product owners, analytics and tech, etcetera. In this role, you are also expected to contribute to and develop SEB:s best practice within UX and act as mentor and coach. You will be part of our Customer Experience Design community with more than 50 designers. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank's digitization journey. This time, we are looking for someone to start their career at SEB within our Intranet team.
Who we are looking for
* You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence* You grow from working with others and find it natural to network, both with co-designers and in cross-functional teams* You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools* You will work with prototyping, interaction design and concept design for desktop and mobile and user research in the form of interviews and user testing* We are looking for an ux-generalist and it is an advantage if you have experience with working with intranet-solutions* You have at least 3 years of experience within UX* We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app* You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
