Would you like to work with strategic IT-sourcing projects and SRM? We are now looking for a IT-Sourcing Manager to our IT-Sourcing team within the 3rd Party Relations department at SEB in Stockholm.
IT-Sourcing is responsible for supporting the strategic IT-sourcing of products and services from external suppliers. Together with SEB internal stakeholders and subject matters experts they form sourcing teams that execute a well-defined sourcing process to select, contract and develop SEB strategic suppliers.
What you will be doing3rd Party Relations is a department within Group CIO since six month back. Our new department is a result of an internal split of previous one Procurement department. The IT-Sourcing function within 3rd Party Relations are the largest function and the foundation of SEB´s IT-Procurement operations. The IT-Sourcing function are responsible for supporting all larger IT-sourcing projects. IT-Sourcing are also highly involved in how we manage our external vendors for the whole Group. Tasks and projects are prioritized based on value maximization, risk mitigation and quality control. You will primarily work closely with internal stakeholders across SEB in relation to procurement related activities. You will lead and deliver strategic IT-sourcing projects within you dedicated area, work with vendor relationship management, external cost management and renegotiations of existing agreements. Furthermore, you will communicate with, understand and influence stakeholders to identify initiatives of high business value and cost saving potential. You will set targets, plan, deliver and follow up the work within your area.
Who we are looking forTo succeed in your role with us we expect that you have good people skills in order to build relationships with colleagues at all levels. You have the ability to lead sourcing projects as well as influence and motivate teams. You have the right mind set and behavior, and you are performance and business driven with excellent ability to deliver, as well as analytical and can present complex data to senior stakeholder and management. Negotiation is part of you DNA and, above all, you are driven by a customer focus. Desired qualifications are documented experience from working as a IT-Sourcing Manager or a corresponding/similar role within the "buying organization". Experience in business law, project management, negotiation and excellent communication & presentation skills is also desirable.
* Proven strength in leading projects regarding complex material and ability to lead virtual teams,* Proven strength in negotiating, both with external parties as well and internal.* Excellent verbal/written communication-skills.* Knowledge and experience within sourcing and business/contractual law* Proven relationship-building skills, working experience in respect of Procurement functions (Sourcing, legal, risk, change, projects)* You have a high level of integrity, strong analytical skills and an ability to prioritize. A positive attitude with a strong drive and being motivated by achieving results are important features in your personality, as well as excellent interpersonal and team working skills. * You should be fluent in the Swedish and English language.
