What you will be doing
Based in Stockholm, our team is responsible for supporting our distribution channels, both internal and external, with resolving issues and improving processes plus give support with day-to-day questions and working with business development projects. The business development topics can vary from being involved in regulatory projects to ensure business friendly solutions, to drive the development of new markets and products and constant improvement of processes in our area.

We are looking for someone who is prestige less and gets energy from multitasking and is happy to both act in the role as a project-leader or a team-member. This position gives great opportunity to understand the international life insurance market and develop insights of the Private Banking segment.

The Sales support and Business Development team consists of a small team with colleagues located both in Sweden and Finland. This position will be based in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Sales and Business Development. SEB Life International, based in Ireland, engages in the cross-border distribution of insurance products.

We specialize in the provision of tailored insurance solutions to build strong customer relationships and provide world class service throughout the lifetime of our relationships. We services clients in Sweden, Finland and Nordic customers' resident in Europe working mainly with Tied Agents, independent Intermediaries and international Private Banking.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a driven, curious individual with a strong business acumen and with previous experience to drive and/or work with projects. You should have a keen interest for new trends within the following areas insurance, financial instruments and regulations. You should have a true customer focus.

You have at least 3 years of professional experience within insurance or banking. We expect you to have excellent communication skills with an ability to make complex issues easy to understand. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
