Working as an Internal Management Consultant and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.

In your role at SEB Way you will, together with your colleagues, facilitate and accelerate the change journey within the bank - with a focus on realising SEB´s business plan. As an Internal Management Consultant, you will be given the possibility to work in a dynamic environment across all parts of SEB, which will give you a broad network and strong exposure throughout the organisation.

The mission at SEB Way is to accelerate change in challenging areas. The assignments range from strategy, organisation, process efficiency, people & culture to digitalisation. As an Internal Management Consultant, you will be facilitating initiatives while working closely with senior management in order to support SEB´s change journey and solve key business challenges.

You will work in a learning and inspiring organisation and be a part of an ambitious and team-orientated community, that works together with the change assignments. You will get the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within Change Management, structured problem solving, Service Design, Lean and Agile.

We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
  • an academic degree in for example Economics, Engineering, Behavioural Science or other relevant academic degree (meriting if you have a digitally advanced education or experience)
  • you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
  • fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.

You are a business and solution-oriented person with great communication and analytical skills. We value that you are highly motivated, a good listener and a non-prestigious team player who will support others in the pursuit of team goals. Furthermore, you need to constructively be able to challenge current approaches to reach concrete result. As well as, having the ability to drive sustainable change with a "can-do" attitude.
