Working as a Business Developer and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.

In your role at Private Banking you will, work with the aim to develop SEB´s concepts for meeting SEB's Private Banking customers' needs in a professional, sophisticated and modern way. As a Business Developer, you will work in a dynamic environment across all parts of SEB, which will give you a broad network and exposure to the whole organisation.

Business Development within Private Banking is an exciting area mainly focused on identifying and developing new solutions to enhance the SEB experience for our high-net-worth customers. You will be part of a department focused on offering, advisory processes, and business analytics. As well as, continuous digital development and always with a sustainable mindset.

In your position as a Business Developer, you will create new tailor-made offers and plan how to implement them. For example, an offer could be for new digital and simplified advisory tools, or development of a concept for future meeting points in this customer segment. As a Business Developer your focus is on analysing the needs of both the business and the customer. In this role, you will have various contacts with different departments and management teams within SEB.

We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
  • an academic degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT, Behaviour Science or equivalent
  • you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
  • fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.

Since you will work in a developing role, we believe that you are curious, innovative and always strive to find new solutions. We also believe that you have good social skills and get along with others. In addition, you are eager to learn, like to get involved and take responsibility for your assignments.
