Working as an Analytical Business Developer and participating in SEB's International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.

In your role at Private Banking, you will work with the aim to develop and analyse SEB's concepts for meeting SEB's Private Banking customers' needs in a professional, sophisticated and modern way. As an Analytical Business Developer, you will work in a dynamic environment across all parts of SEB, which will give you a broad network and exposure to the whole organisation, including the international sites. You will work at our office on Kungsträdgården in Stockholm.

Business Development within Private Banking is an exciting area mainly focused on identifying, analysing and developing new solutions to enhance the SEB experience for our high-net-worth customers. You will be part of a department focused on offering, advisory process and business analytics, as well as continuous digital development with a sustainable mindset.

In your position as an Analytical Business Developer, you will analyse and create new tailor-made offers and plan how to implement them. For example, an offer could be for new digital and simplified advisory tools, or development of a concept for future meeting points in this customer segment. As an Analytical Business Developer your focus is on analysing the needs for both the business and the customer. In this role, you will have various contacts with different departments and management teams within SEB.

Your required skills

We are looking for you with passion for business and a changing environment. We like you to challenge us, now and for the future. Also, we ask for this:
  • An academic degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT, Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • You are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
It is a plus if you have experience leading projects, working with customer service or other service areas and studying or working abroad.

Since you will work in an analytical and developing role, you should be innovative, curious and attracted to creating new solutions. It is important that you are a people-person and like to collaborate cross functionally with others. In addition, you should be able to successfully promote plans and ideas in dialogue with stakeholders as well as get involved and take responsibility for your own assignments.
