Simultaneously with working in the role being recruited to, you will participate in SEB´s International Trainee Programme, which gives you the opportunity to develop an extensive network within the bank, gain a deep understanding of the international financial industry and be professionally and personally challenged.

Your Trainee Position and Your Team

You will be a part of the team, which develops new and sustainable products and solutions at SEB Life & Pension.

One focus area in the coming years will be on sustainability, profiling and product creation. In your role as a Business Developer you will work with issues such as the bank´s profiling, how it should be marketed and what products should be classified as sustainable. You will have a great opportunity to influence what your role will look like and what you want to focus on in the sustainability field as well as product development.

Your future manager, Ulrika Lindberg, describes the work at Product Development:

"As a part of Product Development, you are at the centre of events as we both conduct business development and support sales. If you are curious, interested in technology and sustainability, and want to participate in (and change) the customer experience, you will fit in with us!"

Your Required Skills

We are looking for you with passion for business and a changing environment. We like you to challenge us, now and for the future. We are looking for you who:
  • Have an academic degree or a vocational education in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Laws or equivalent
  • Have graduated before programme start or within the last three years
  • It is meritorious if you have some work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
To thrive in this role, you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. As building a broad you network within the is important to succeed in the role you enjoy networking. You have a strong analytical mindset, are taking your own initiatives, as well as strong collaboration skills in order to improve team performance and results. It is an advantage if you have studied or worked within law or sustainability.
