Your internship starts off with an introduction week where you get to know SEB as an employer but also LC&FI as a division. During the introduction you will meet representatives from the division and participate in learning and networking activities. We end the internship with a closing day where we catch up and share about your experience. As an intern, you are recruited to a specific job role where you will be involved in daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of banking. You will be guided by at least one tutor during your internship.

Equity Research is a critical part of SEB's Investment Bank and offers institutional investors around the world the best possible advice on listed companies in the Nordics. You would join a team of 20 analysts in Stockholm in their industry/company- and equity analysis that boils down to what stocks one should own and what stocks to avoid over the coming decades.
You would work close to the different sector teams performing specific parts of the equity research model with the aim of ending the internship having touched all critical parts of the research and client-interaction process. Who are you?
As an intern, you will have an opportunity to work with several areas of the bank in various interesting client projects. The role requires analytical skills and creativity - you need to be good at simplifying what is complex. For the right candidate - this position is an excellent mix of quant and interpersonal skills. You have one year left of university studies in, Financial Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar after finishing this internship. A willingness to continue part-time and a keen interest in sustainability would be a plus, as would a good mastery of the Swedish language. You have a general interest in the financial markets and perhaps a specific interest in equities/stocks. You are analytical, curious and have a drive to dig deeper than most. You also enjoy communicating your findings and build relations based on trust. You understand that the client always comes first. You have one year left of either a Bachelor or a Master.
