Client Account Management ("CAM") is a cross divisional function with the main responsibility to manage the credit and the regulatory process for the LC&FI clients within various segments. As a Regulatory Specialist you will be our expert within all affected regulations and be part of building a new center of excellence team within CAM.
What will you be doing
You will be offered a combination of compliance related work tasks as well as maintaining and analyzing collected regulatory information and documentation about our clients such as AML, EMIR, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, etc. Your main responsibilities will be to onboard clients: gather and analyze relevant AML/regulatory information about clients. Client interaction will increasingly become an important part of the role as you will be the regulatory expert to both, clients and the client teams, in all connected matters across all relevant sites. You will, in cooperation with your team, contribute to continuous improvement for efficient work methods in relation to your work tasks. The pace is high in our team with a constant inflow of new clients and you will be working closely with the Account Managers, responsible for the day-to-day client activities in order to ensure an efficient working process and so that all regulatory requirements are met.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this position we are expecting you to have an academic degree from a university or business school and relevant banking experience. You are fluent in English (verbal and writing) and have an understanding of business drivers and regulatory implications. As a person you are passionate about providing high class service internally as well as externally. You are a true team player, able to work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner and have the ability to pay attention to details in a fast changing environment. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and always strive for improvement and broadening your own and your colleagues' competences.
