We are currently looking for a Head of Fraud Investigations to join the team as part of this effort.
About the job
SEB's fraud prevention effort is aimed at protecting our personnel, our customers and our assets against fraud related threats. The task includes identification of fraud risks and to report those to the relevant business area and to suggest mitigating actions. Our responsibility includes minimizing the risk of fraud, threats, robberies and other criminal activities. The rapid digitization has created amazing opportunities for simplification, automation and improvement. This requires that fraud prevention measures are delivered in lockstep and as an integrated part of SEB's business development.
SEB has a central Fraud Prevention organization that works with both tactical fraud response and strategic fraud prevention. As Head of Fraud Investigations you will lead a highly motivated and top-performing team of fraud investigators. Your main responsibility will be to help facilitate the investigation work and to drive change initiatives to further accelerate SEB target to be best-in-class within the fraud investigation space.
Who are you?
We are looking for an individual who is open, engaged and curious, paired together with a strong interest in people and in different perspectives. You probably have 5-10 years relevant experience working financial crime related issues, preferably within the fraud realm, and as such have created a deep understanding of the underlying methods to efficiently to prevent it. Additionally, you have a good understanding of a banks ecosystem of products and services, which guides you in what is most important from a fraud response perspective. Furthermore, you work actively to create an inclusive and engaging work environment for you and your peers, alongside driving a communicative and feedback-driven culture. Also: - You are comfortable and enjoy presenting to various audiences in both English and Swedish- You have a very high sense of integrity, as the role is exposed to sensitive information- You are a genuine team player and derive energy from a dynamic way of working
