What you will be doing The payment industry is rapidly being transformed due to new competitors entering the market, Fin-techs pushing faster development, and regulations changing the business dynamics. To meet these conditions SEB Kort have organized the sales business to ensure a customer centric and digital focus. The business is cross Nordic, enabling synergies in sales channels, digital solutions, processes and most importantly - a holistic Nordic customer view regardless channel of choice.We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Nordic Key Account Manager to our Corporate Digital Sales team. You will be part of a Nordic teamtogether be responsible for growing the digital and remote sales business towards our SME customers.The role is a temporary position for 12 months (September 2023) and can be positioned in either Stockholm or Helsinki.
As a Nordic Corporate KAM in Digital Sales you will be responsible for:* A portfolio of SME customers X-Nordic, with focus on Finland and Sweden* New sales (hunting), x-sell and up-sell* Use digital and remote channels and tools * Optimize the sales processes* Customer focused* Digital sales to mass-market and mass communications (campaigns & activities)
Who we are looking forTo succeed in this role you will have to be:* Self-supported team player with great knowledge and interest in digital and remote sales and processes* A positive person with great sales and segmentation knowledge and experience * Fluent in Finnish & English * Proactive and creative * Able to generate sales with digital flows, enablers, and remote events and initiatives* Think outside the box and ready to suggest new ideas* Business minded, structured and well organized with great collaboration and communication skills. * You have an academic education or equivalent degree with at least three years' experience of sales
