In the position as Data Project Manager you will participate in various short- and long-term initiatives in the data area. This could be in terms of guidance in data sourcing, data driven offering development as well as ensuring efficient regulatory support. You will be working with business stakeholders across segments, products and channels at C&PC as well as other parts of the bank. Together with the rest of the Data Management Office, you will be developing required datamanagement capabilities and corresponding ways of working to secure SEBs ambitions to become a data driven company. You will also contribute in the structural improvements of data quality issues within the bank - both from a centralized perspective and within divisional projects. At the same time, it is essential that we emphasize our efforts in using data for customer value generating purposes and growth going forward. The type of initiatives you might be asked to drive are* Portfolio Management of data driven use cases* Change Management to enable a true data driven culture * Identification of synergies cross agile tribes from a data perspective * Facilitation and coordination of processes and resources for data use cases * Coordination of activities in establishment of a 360° customer data view* Regulatory compliance projects, such as audit remarks* Implementation of Governance structure for data management * Functional requirements on tooling for data management The position is located in Arenastaden, Solna. Who you are?
To succeed in your role, you need extensive experience of working with data management. Hence you are expected to be familiar with development of essential data management capabilities such as data management strategy, data architecture, data control environment and data quality management, to name a few. In addition, you have project management skills and practical experience of information management systems, system architecture and data flows to support business processes. You have a M.Sc. of Business and Economics, Engineering or another relevant field. Furthermore, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
