Regulatory Reporting is now strengthening the team with a new Data Management role to accelerate the journey towards a more data driven bank. We are looking for a Data Curator who can support and drive our data journey. About the job
In the position as Data Curator you will be a key enabler in securing sound management of data and the business opportunities it gives. It's done by adding semantic meaning to our data catalog and accelerating the creation of high-value datasets. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of how data is used by the business, and how IT applies technology to make the data available.
You will be part of the Regulatory Tribe and work in a global environment in our division Large Corporates & Financial institutions. In collaboration with the Data Management Office, you will contribute in the structural improvements of data quality issues within the bank and collaborate close with the colleagues in the team. At the same time, it is essential that we emphasize our efforts in using data for customer value generating purposes and growth going forward.
Here are some of the responsibilities that you will face in the role: * Promote and facilitate reuse of data for consumers within Regulatory reporting * Create and maintain metadata, by this facilitating for data consumers to find and reuse the data* Conduct database analysis and define, specify and monitor E2E data flows and pipelines* Perform data quality controls in a defined Data Area, i.e. to initiate corrections, to follow up and report on data quality issues according to the process for structured error handling * Responsible to keep track of where the data is stored and how it can be retrieved * Close cooperating with Data Stewards in securing proper data flows * Be the expert for how data is used both internally and externally (analysis, regulatory reporting, etc.)

Who you are?
To succeed in your role, you need extensive experience of working with data management and possess several years of experience in the financial industry preferable in the Capital Market products area. Hence you are expected to be familiar with development of essential data management capabilities such as data management strategy, data architecture, data control environment and data quality management, to name a few. In addition, you have deep understanding for system architecture and data flows that support business processes such as regulations, you need practical experience of information management systems and understanding for data analytics and SQL. Experience of Collibra is preferable.
You hold an academic degree within a relevant field of study such as Business & Economics, Data Science, Engineering or similar. Furthermore, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish. As a person you are result- and team oriented and have a strong drive to develop and push for great achievements in fast changing complex environments.
