We are currently looking for a people-oriented and driven individual to join us as Client Service Manager as part of our Global Custody Daily Services Team, within our Large Corporates & Financial Institutions (LC&FI) division.
About the job
As a Client Service Manager, you will be the client's personal point of contact coordinating their Investor Services products and solutions set-up around the globe, providing service and expertise. You will work closely together with the clients and establish a long-term relationship. In addition, you will monitor the touch points of the client across the entire organization to ensure that the client experience with SEB is optimized, always with a client focus approach.

- Have relevant academic background and a few years working experience working within financial markets and an understanding of the global custody offering,- Are a genuine team-player, a strong communicator and actively contributes to creating a fun, engaging and inspiring work environment,- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken,
