What you will be doing The payment industry in general and especially the card business is currently being rapidly transformed due to new competitors entering the market through Open Banking, increased development speed pushed by Fin-techs and regulation changing the business dynamics. To meet the increased market challenges SEB Kort has set an ambitious strategic agenda to navigate through this. Customer Services is one of the largest units within SEB Kort and includes approx. 300 employees placed in the 4 Nordic countries. As Business Developer within Customer Services, you are expected to identify, lead and run initiatives that is part of our transformation journey. Key components in the job are digitalization, automation, way of working, process improvements and stakeholder management as you will work with both senior management and line organization. You will act in a dynamic environment where you will lead transformation initiatives to actively support the unit, Customer Services, in providing stellar customer service in all customer interactions and optimize end-to-end customer journeys with the ambition to enhance digitization, automation and self-service solutions.
