The Social Opinion Leader Specialist is responsible for growing, maintaining and developing an extensive network of influencers for our brand in Sweden. The Purpose of the job is to set up a long-term strategy for the program and set it in motion.
This is a new position and has a direct line to the Marketing Manager of Red Bull Sweden. The full marketing team consists of dedicated teams in sports, culture, brand and communications. Collaboration across the department locally, as well as with our head office in Austria, is a key to success in the role. The position is based in our Stockholm office with approximately 10% of travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for driving and developing our strategy for how we work with Social Opinion Leaders to best and most effectively support our overall business priorities.
You will manage the Social Opinion Leader budget and measure the performance of our initiatives with KPI:s, which are linked to our overall business strategy.
- DEVELOP & GROW OUR NETWORK
Your role is to define and customize collaborations with our top Social Opinion Leaders in Sweden. This means to create innovative opportunities to attract, approach and recruit both very core and mainstream influencers, and to go beyond classical deals to establish long lasting relationships with our opinion leaders.
You will actively develop and grow Red Bull Sweden's network of Social Opinion Leaders.
Red Bull is all about giving wings to people and ideas and this is at the heart of how we work with our opinion leaders. We expect you to be up to date on influencer trends and ensure that the message to consumers through our Social Opinion Leaders (text, photo, moving images) is on brand, engaging, up-to-date and accurate.

You are responsible for developing a strong collaboration with our HQ teams in Austria where we expect you to align strategy and long-term plans. It's also your responsibility to create and leverage unique opportunities from the world of Red Bull for our local opinion leaders, as well as to attract international Social Opinion Leaders to participate our local events and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS - 3-5 years work experience preferably as a Digital Media/Marketing project leader/key account manager or business development specialist ideally in the media, content and communications sector.
- Excellent understanding of local/International digital and media landscape & trends in social networks, influence and mobile apps/sites.
- Multi-project drive: ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors, on several projects & topics at the same time.
- Highly efficient and effective project management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of content productions (especially digital/social).
- An excellent ability to negotiate, influence and to convince at all levels.
- Exceptionally "sociable", strong interpersonal skills.
- Solution oriented, optimistic & interested in testing new things (innovation!).
- Strong fit with Red Bull world (brand & product) and passion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATIONUniversity degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial, Digital and/or a related discipline.
LANGUAGEFluent in Swedish, proficient in English (written and spoken).
