Red Bull is looking for a Brand Manager with media focus!

The Energy Drink segment is growing with Red Bull as a major contributor. We are therefore strengthening our Brand team with a specialist whose mission will be to develop and deploy an even more powerful localized brand building strategy. This role will manage media communication and be a pivotal part of defining and strengthen our wings to carry our brand as a market leader.

You are the expert in media buying and agency management. Your mission is to continually evaluate media mix and ensure that Red Bull are optimising our full buying potential. As our Brand Manager you're also in tune with our target audience and ensure that our media communication and its applied strategy hits our core target. You will have access to data in various forms, new consumers, leveraging T&A study and other research to evaluate your penetration.

Qualifications

We're looking for talent to join us who have the following knowledge, skills & experience.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience from agency management and or/media buying within a lifestyle environment.
  • A creative, passionate, and innovating marketeer with full buy in to Red Bull's brand vision and appearance.
  • An organised and structured team player who can coordinate several projects, budgets, and collaborations at the same time (multitasking).
  • An excellent communicator, relationship builder, who has a professional approach spreading joy.
  • Have integrity and not afraid to pick the "right" fights to push for "right" cause
  • Have an entrepreneurial disposition and a "can-do" attitude and desire to learn, develop and improve.
  • A curious person who through personal interest is ahead of what is happening in our world of communication and marketing.
Responsibilities

# ADVERTISING & MEDIA BUYING

You're responsible for ensuring a cutting-edge media plan and campaigns that are aligned with local media agency as well as HQ. Ensuring a strong plan based on local targets, initiatives, media landscape and consumer behaviour, but with global guidelines as the backbone.

You develop and implement the ideal advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components.

This means you're responsible for advertising budget and requires that you're good with numbers. You possess the ability to negotiate and make requirements with prudence, and smartness to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan.

You work closely with the Digital Team to amplify the impact of advertising in our own, and earned, and paid media channels.

# AGENCY MANAGEMENT

As a Brand Manager you oversee building networks and relationships with agencies, and you act as the point of contact for the Swedish Brand Marketing team. This means you shall identify, establish, and maintain excellent collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.

Through regular communication you will on-board, brief, evaluate, improve, align cooperation during presentations, internal meetings, and workshops, in Sweden as well as together with headquarters.

# BRAND MANAGEMENT

As our Brand Manager you know the brand by heart, and you combine our global strategy with local knowledge to implement a winning brand strategy for Sweden. You act as a guardian of the brand and ensure that the brand is portrayed in the right way through all communication and channels. You are one who understand our brand and our consumers best and you ensure that we always communicate with our consumers in the most engaging way.

You share learnings, insights and best practices and adapt, update, and develop ideas, strategies and new innovative approaches within marketing and branding.

# CONSUMER INSIGHTS & MARKET RESEARCH

Your mission together with your colleagues in the Brand Marketing team is to collect, analyse and transform data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant. You ensure these insights are optimised to outstanding innovative ideas and plans. To execute this, we believe that you need a commercial sagacity and a big curiosity for our consumer target group and their habits and behaviors.

Together with HQ and Swedish Marketing Manager you will be responsible for our yearly trial & awareness study. You'll study and compare our competitor's consumer insights create a winning marketing strategy.

Education

A relevant education within media and/ or marketing to bachelor level or equivalent (+3 years).

Language

You need to be native Swedish speaker or at that level. You must have full command of the English language as all HQ communication is in English. You will be expected to do presentation, discuss professional topics, and negotiate in English.
