We are looking for an Operations Specialist preferably with a few years' experience from the payments industry. Your primary initial focus will be to support the Operations team in developing and documenting all processes and work instructions which P27 needs to develop in order to operate as a clearing house. The ambition is for you to grow and develop into an Operations Manager by the time we go live in 2021. An Operations Manager manage the day-to-day operations, handle incidents, follow up and coordinate the development of customer satisfaction, and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional stakeholders as well as external partners such as banking communities.
We are looking for someone with great skills and interest in documentation, structure and quality. You are a great team player and very hands-on and efficient in your way of working. The position is full time and based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen.
