As the Digital Platform Coordinator you will be instrumental in ensuring that features, modules and functions developed by the global digital team are globally implemented and configured the way it was intended, with global coverage. The Oriflame product range and overall offer is in a state of constant change our digital presence needs to be monitored and continuously adapted to remain relevant. Your main working tasks are including:
- Responsibility for ensuring global coverage of offered site performance and function, including regular status reports
- Support in CMS, other key systems and their related digital processes to regional offices and local webmasters
- Manage selected implementation projects on our website
- Improve site function
- Keep up to date on digital trends related to consumer goods promotion and digital services to better understand the need of our sales force and customers
- Design training material for key systems
Furthermore, you will be the expert on how our global websites are structured and what functionality is offered, and support our regional offices in making sure that this knowledge is spread to all of our sales companies around the world. You will also build competence on our CMS and underlying business systems in order to train and inform our editors and other key users on best practice in order to maximize efficiencies and benefits.Your Profile
You have a university degree, preferably within Computer science or Business and IT, and 1-3 years of experience from similar roles. You have basic knowledge in HTML and CSS, and prior experience in Sitecore, Episerver or a similar leading CMS system.
As a person, you have a genuine interest to stay updated on the latest value-adding trends within digital communication and e-commerce and you are used to working project-oriented. You have strong communications skills and fluency in English, both written and oral.What we offer
