Your Role and Responsibilities
As Information Security and Compliance Officer you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Information Security as well as implementing and securing all existing Compliance standards at DigitalRoute.
You will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Information Security management system and report it´s status to the management team. You are responsible for coordinating all data/Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and organizational awareness. Therefore, you will have an active role in guiding the development of information and security technical architecture, platforms, applications, and networks. You will function as an advisor towards the business and the process owners within the organization to secure and create best practices for safety, privacy and recovery of information - owned or processed by the business, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Another important responsibility will be to together with internal stakeholders identify, evaluate and report Information Security risks as well as to determine acceptable levels of risks in collaboration with the executive management.
Regarding DigitalRoute´s compliance portfolio you will lead the work of strategic development in areas decided by the management team, e.g. certifications and compliance projects as well as lead the work to secure the retainment of existing certifications. In addition, you will oversee internal and external audits and collaborate with external partners.
As Information Security and Compliance Officer you will report to the Chief Customer Officer.
Its desirable that you have a bachelor's degree in related business or technical areas, or Degree in Information Security, or an equivalency of education and work experience. It's an advantage if you have experience of working as a CISO/similar or you might work as an InfoSec-consultant. A background working with Risk Management, Information Security and IT within the Software industry would be an optimal combination. Good knowledge of ISO27001 and/or SOC 2 is a definite advantage and it is desirable that you have participated in an audit of one or both. You are a skilled Project Manager particularly experienced in change management.
You are trustworthy, a good communicator and English proficiency is mandatory. The role requires structure, persistence, planning skills and a natural aptitude to enthuse and engage people. We also value that you are unpretentious, proactive, pragmatic, analytical and possesses the ability to extract the essentials from applicable regulations and frameworks.
