SALES CONSULTANT - STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

ABOUT THIS JOB
Sales Consultant plays a significant role in connecting with our biggest clients, driving growth for the client and for Nielsen through strategic and analytical sparring with measurable impact. As a Sales Consultant you will be part of a bigger team of consultants working individually and in teams to solve our clients' needs best possible. You will be responsible for a number of our FMCG clients reporting to the Sales Director for Sweden.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with key FMCG clients assigned to build relationships with senior decision-makers who influence the consumer experience for millions of people
  • Recognize potential opportunities with clients and drive sales by creating proposals, negotiate and establish a long-term value for both the client and Nielsen
  • Seek collaborative opportunities, both internally and externally, identifying occasions to enhance a project by working across teams at Nielsen
  • Delight clients by delivering analytical insights and advice to support their strategic decisions and maintain retention with clients

You're the first to recognize an opportunity, then turn it into a client solution. You can spot how different things affect client business and understand revenue drivers while being an excellent relationship keeper. You have a strong background in FMCG and a consultancy mindset. Whether you got your start in sales or category management, consulting or consumer goods - now you're ready for what's next.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 - 4 years of experience within the FMCG industry (in areas such as Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing or similar) or consulting experience with FMCG clients
  • Experience in collaborating on projects and maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations
  • Polished, persuasive communication skills with experience in group presentations and proposal writing
  • Good numerical confidence and ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations
  • Previous sales experience would be a strong asset
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
