Job description:

Assess current Service Now baseline within Client system
Assess and understand existing service catalogues
Recommend changes within Service Now for the service catalogues to enable orchestration/ service request automation
Execute changes to Client's exiting Service Now/ Implement a new Service Now module as a part of the MVP with service request automation and updated catalogues

Required profile:

Experience: 7+ Years
