Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, you will play a central role by identifying, shaping and driving global Supply Chain and Operations initiatives. Business Function Supply Chain works together across global boundaries to make an impact. They collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers to add value to the business and support the needs of users. They do this with the upmost integrity even in the most difficult situations because they are committed to doing the right thing.

As the Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, you will:
  • Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve service levels and reduce costs and risk in our Supply Chain across all geographies
  • Drive footprint optimization and implement structural changes such as site consolidations, opening new sites and manufacturing outsourcing
  • Own and drive Supply Chain distribution network optimization globally to reduce cost and improve lead times to our customers
  • Follow supply chain trends & technologies and evaluate if and how they can be applied
  • Drive a digital agenda to modernize our end to end Supply Chain
Profile

We believe that you have an education within Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent along with at least 8-10 years of work experience from Supply Chain Operations and/or 4-5 years of experience from one of the Management Consultancies.

We believe that you are well structured, motivated by challenges, have a strong drive and love to achieve results through teamwork. You need good leadership skills, but the role will not have any direct reports.

You also have solid understanding of and hands-on experience from Supply Chain Management and/or Management Consultancy Practice. You are strong in business analysis, stakeholder management and project management.

You are used to work in teams, can manage stress, have a logical and analytical way of thinking and have good business level of Swedish and English.

The company is providing an attractive compensation package according to the level of experience of the candidate. This position is located at client's office in Kista and requires ability to travel internationally.
