We are now looking for a an organized and customer-oriented team player to be a part of our fantastic customer support-team at Maria Nila, based in central Stockholm.
This role will share its time between our support and reception. You will be of great importance in our growing department and with the main responsibility of overseeing the support towards our markets in the Nordics, focusing on the Finnish market and be a part of the office management, making sure the responsibilities around the office are met.

For this role, some of your key responsibilities include: - Main responsible for the support towards the Finish market focused on sales-team, merchants and consumers.
- Be a part of the Nordic switchboard and handle incoming e-mails, phone calls and errands from customers.
- Be a part of the social media team and administrate incoming questions
- Administrating report sheets, campaign material and other relevant information to the sales team.
- Responsible for ordering material and other orders regarding the office management.
- Accept packages and deliveries
- Coordinate and plan office events and after work together with department responsible.
- Main contact in ordering computers and telephones for office employees
Qualifications: - 3+ years of previous relevant work experience (customer service, support or customer relations)
- Great written and verbal communication in Swedish, Finnish and English.
- Love building relations and to be in contact with customers
- Customer experience-oriented approach with great communication skills
- Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry
