The internship in short
The internship starts off with an introduction to SEB and ends with a presentation of your experience to managers, colleagues and other summer interns. As an intern, you will be involved in our daily business activities and explore the environment of global trading and commercial banking. What you will do
Legal is the LC&FI in-house legal department which provides high quality business enhancing legal services to all LC&FI's business units.
As a summer intern at the legal department within LC&FI means working closely with the business units providing legal advice, producing documentation for various products and services and handling governance and business development matters in an international environment. Responsibilities for the legal department include for example; structuring, reviewing, drafting and negotiating documentation and advising and liaising with business units. Business development and legal research are also important tasks.
Who are you?
You have a genuine interest in financial markets, finance- and banking law as well as corporate law. You are a service-minded team player with a constructive and solution oriented mindset combined with integrity. A near completed law degree is required and also excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
