The internship in short
Your internship starts off with an introduction to SEB and ends with a presentation of your experience to managers, colleagues and other summer interns. As an intern, you will be involved in our daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of global trading and commercial banking. What you will do
The Quantitative Analysis team within Solutions is responsible for research, development and advisory of systematic investment strategies.
As a summer intern you will be part of a team providing cutting-edge quantitative products and analysis to some of the most sophisticated Nordic clients. You will get an insight into how to research, build and trade systematic investment strategies. Amongst the tools at your disposal is one of the most comprehensive equity data bases in the Nordic region with cloud based computational capabilities. You will be working with tools for advisory, back testing, data management and event studies utilising development tools like R, SQL and Java.
You will get an inspiring but also challenging internship in a team that promotes openness, creativity and persistence.
Who are you?
You have a passion for and verifiable skills in Mathematics, Statistics or Programming and an interest in Finance. You are curious, collaborative, structured and detail oriented with a strong working capacity.
