SEB's division Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (LC&FI) offers talented students an exciting opportunity to work with banking and finance for a few intense summer months. If you have the ambition, we will support you in growing your potential at SEB this summer!
The internship in short
Your internship starts off with an introduction to SEB and ends with a presentation of your experiences to managers, colleagues and other summer interns. As an intern, you will be involved in our daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of global trading and commercial banking. You will be guided by at least one tutor during your internship. For more details www.sebgroup.com/career/graduates-and-students/summer-internship
What you will do
As a summer intern you will take part in exploring how to make use of new technology, concepts and ideas to enhance our products and services. This may for example include analysing new business models and new practices in the Payment area. It may entail review of competitors or market initiatives and relate that to our strategy going forward.
The ongoing shift towards an Open Banking eco system and a strong focus on data driven business opens lots of possibilities. Welcome to join a team that's on a digital journey with a focus on cash management services.
Who are you?
You have a genuine interest in the financial markets in general. You are a self-starter, curious and have a strong drive to get things done. Good communication skills help you to maintain founded discussions with senior colleagues. It is also important to have analytical skills.
Fluency in English is a requirement. You have one year left of university studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, engineering or business administration, or similar after finishing this internship.
