About the job
You will work in a global environment within Markets at our division Large Corporates & Financial institutions. You will be responsible in executing on a long-term strategic agenda and coordination of the challenges SEB is facing on a day-to day basis. This is an opportunity for you to utilize your regulatory background and skills to collaborate closely with our business in terms of global regulatory changes. You will drive changes, promote a culture of high performance and constantly improving our regulatory compliance with high quality solutions and managed risks.

As a Regulatory Reporting owner you will lead, identify, prioritize and deliver the workload with a hands-on approach. You will be a key person in committee arrangements, projects providing regulatory expertise and address reporting obligation duties driven by the different OTC derivatives reporting regulations. You will also advise our business partners to ensure that the OTC Derivatives regulatory reporting is properly governed, prioritized and driven. You will be part of a journey of building competences, strengthening the team; establishing, refining and optimizing existing and future processes and standards.

Who are you?
To thrive in this role with us you need several years of experience in the financial industry and deep understanding of the financial market, preferably combined with experience of legal/compliance-related work in daily operations. You are solution-oriented, like innovation and change. Preferable you have documented experience of leading different change initiatives. We also see that you have experience and interest in Regulatory Reporting matters.

You have the ability to see the big picture whilst maintaining attention to details. You are comfortable working with set deadlines and deliver result in accordance. You are collaborative, communicative, supportive, empathic and determined with high integrity. You are comfortable working in a high-pace change environment and able to work under pressure. You are passionate about building networks, helping and inspiring people to deliver in high performing teams.

You have an academic degree in Finance, Business, Legal or equivalent. Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written with excellent communication abilities is a must. Experience from regulations impacting the financial Industry such as EMIR, Dodd Frank, SFTR or MiFIDII is a merit.
