We are now looking for an Junior Data Analyst to join LC&FI Data Office.
About the job
As a Junior Data Analyst within LC&FI you will work with ensuring access to high quality data to generate value for the business and its customers. You will work with data core to the business and work to improve its value through quality and accessibility. You will work closely with stakeholders from all parts of SEB to make sure that short-term and long-term objectives are met and that data and data quality is an important part of processes, products and mindsets. You will assist projects in gathering large amounts of information and structure the data to draw conclusions. Furthermore, you will be a part of optimizing processes to increase the overall efficiency in the daily work. You will be involved in all phases from creation, management and consumption of data and serve as an ambassador to inspire and facilitate.
LC&FI Data Office is a department within LC&FI with the mission to leverage the value in data and information and helping LC&FI becoming data driven by making sure high-quality data is available and used to create value for the business and its customers. We are currently working on building a foundation on master data but will work our way towards other data within the division and increase capabilities within Analytics to create insights and inspire others.
Who are you?
You have experience in working with large amounts of data and assessing its quality, value and potential uses. You recognise the importance of delivering presentable and understandable data and you're comfortable working with both IT and business, understanding different perspectives and bridging the gap between them. You have excellent skills in working with large amounts of data within Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Excel and/or any other tool or language and the drive to learn and improve your skills in this area. Lastly you are comfortable with taking own initiatives and be creative when it comes to analytics, optimization and data.
As a person you are driven and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility. You are passionate about the possibilities that data brings and curiously looking for solutions to improve the overall data quality. You are social and collaborative as well as a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. You have a holistic perspective but the ability to focus on details when needed. You are constantly looking for improvements and ways to implement them. You are a structured and analytical problem solver that sees the opportunity and not the problem. You can work individually but also see yourself as a team player.
