About the job
SEB's Credit Analysis department provides SEB's global business and credit decision process with in-depth analyses of counterparties, industries and transactions. The team working with financial institutions covers counterparts such as banks, insurance companies and fund managers. The credit analyst works together with client teams from different parts of SEB's division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions, advising on and assessing various types of credit transactions.
You will be part of a high-performing team of seven sector specialists. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include preparing and presenting in-depth analyses and recommendations on SEB's financial institution relationships to the various decision-making authorities within the bank. Communication with clients, client executives and the credit department is also an integral part of the analytical process. The work will provide you with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development and growth. The position is located in Stockholm, but as you will maintain regular contact with clients, both domestic and international, the role will include travelling.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position we believe that you have minimum 2-3 years of experience of financial analysis from the financial industry and a master's degree or equivalent in finance, business or accounting. You need very strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing. Proficiency in English is a prerequisite and good knowledge of Swedish is desired. The role requires high personal integrity and ability to work both independently as well as in teams. You also need the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
