About the job
Client Account Management ("CAM") is a cross divisional function in the LC&FI division within SEB with the main responsibility to manage the credit and regulatory processes for the LC&FI clients.

As a service process mgmt. and analytics responsible you will become the expert on regulatory service and ensure the end to end process. You should have good analytical skills as well as the capability to support/establish new processes since new regulations/regulatory updates continuous to impact the financial industry and its participants. You need excellent communication skills in Swedish and English since part of the job is communication around regulatory updates or changes.

This position gives an excellent opportunity in being part of building up a cross functional team with collaboration in several different organisations and at the same time acquire in-depth knowledge in the regulatory space. You will get the chance to be involved in different processes and be part of setting the way of working.

You are a true team player and have a strong capability to prioritize your work in a structured manner and have an eye for details and like to always think of how improve things. You are solution oriented, like innovation and change. You are familiar with the regulatory environment but you do not need to be an expert on the different regulations. You are flexible and can handle and environment where changes happens quite quickly. You need to have an eye for details but also need to understand processes, setting requirements on IT, defining work instructions, and business rules.
