As our new Digital FSS you will engage with our customers through physical meetings and digital channels with our customers across Sweden. You will provide educational support and technical support to ensure that our products are installed and functioning and that our customers are trained to use our products to its full capacity.
While the position is primary focused on the Swedish market you will from time to time engage with customers across the Scandinavian market.

- Ensure successful installation, implementation and education of new products and services.
- Provide Services through in a timely fashion for issues that may arise with all Laerdal products
- Help build and maintain strong customers relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and act on these in co-operation with Sales & Marketing
What we are looking forOur ideal candidate has experience with technical support with good communication skills. You have experience working with complex customers and using digital tools.
- We believe you are an innovative thinker with an ability to work across a broad range of technical issues.
- With a proactive mind you collaborate well both internally and externally.
- You have strong computer skills and network proficiency.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Strong technical background with an eye for details.

This position is located at the Laerdal office in Nacka outside Stockholm, but for the right candidate we are willing to discuss alternatives. It is very important that you have the willingness to travel, especially until number of digital and remote services increases.
