Gazella is now recruiting a Group Business Controller to Kry, a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online.Kry continues to grow their business in currentand new markets, both organic and through acquisitions, and is now looking to strengthen their finance team with a Group Business Controller. As the Group Business Controller,you will report to Head of Group Business Control and lead projects to develop the business control function together with the team. Furthermore, you will be working with process automation, securing high standardsreporting to management, and work closely with internal stakeholders, evaluate new business opportunities and participate in M&A activities.
You will be part of a finance team of +15 people located in the Stockholm office (HQ), who has experience from a variety of industries and fast-paced environments and are passionate about how tech solutions can improve financial processes and internal control. Kry is currently running business in Sweden, Norway, the UK, France and Germany.

Your challenge
We are looking for a person with an academic degree in finance, engineering or businessmanagement/administration and withat least 5 years of experience from working withbusiness controlling.To be successful in this position you have a broad knowledge of financial and business principles and processes. You also have experience from development and automation of finance processes, such as forecasting, reporting and book closing. We find it meritorious if you have experience from working in scale-up/fast-moving businesses and/or within the healthcare industry. If you also have experience from working with digital transformation and/orRPA this is a plus.
Furthermore, you have excellent skills in Excel and full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both in verbal and in writing.

- Develop the business control function and lead development projects to automate and improve forecasting, reporting and book closing.
- Develop and maintain high standards reporting to management and board of directors.
