The role as an Inside Sales is dynamic and consists of many parts. You will support the Sales and Marketing teams and ensure continued sales growth. You will work goal-oriented in a team where everybody is doing the best to create positive results. More specifically, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer activities, such a pro-active calling (mostly to existing customers), administrate in the CRM-system and provide technical support. Order Handling, After Sales support and to Manage the Digital Transformation of the company, such as digital tools and support functions, is also part of your tasks.
To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you are able to build relationships and you have great communication-skills which will become useful both internally and externally. Basic understanding of electrical or electronic applications is an advantage and good English knowledge is a demand, so is Swedish. Furthermore, you need PC-skills and if you are familiar with SAP it is a plus. Minimum you have 1 year experience in sales or customer service. Most importantly - you are a team-player and have a strong desire to learn.
