Klarfönster is taking up speed in the Swedish market. Pretty simple, right? But in order to shoot for the moon, we are missing that one team-mate with long-time carpenter background and an innovative mindset, who is ready to contribute with excellent knowledge to help our customers from the office. • You get your kicks by being the person who solves the challenges regarding the products: in our case, windows & doors - and this is something that you know inside and out.
• You are master in translating the technical language about windows & doors to easy explanations for every person.
• You're comfortable with a little chaos and uncertainty as we are in a rapid growth phase & you would like to bring your knowledge to the team.

Responsibilities you'll own

• In a nutshell: dealing with customer reclamations (regarding the product) from start to end. You will make on-site visits if needed. Keeping a dialogue and coordinating with the carpenter network regarding various reclamation cases.

Must-haves in order to match for the team

• Education as a carpenter & 5+ years of experience working closely with windows and doors (administrative experience is a bonus)
• Tech savviness- yes, you are intuitive enough to go along with different tools and programs and are willing to learn them. Everything is possible.
• Ability to solve problems & demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish; English as a company language is not a problem for you.
