About the Role

Joining this team, you will not only be creating and executing tests, but also growing as an engineer, working closely with development teams, architecture and the business. The purpose of the Performance Test Engineer is not only to make sure that the products that are released are up to the daily onslaught of customers, but also to make sure that we use the correct measurements to evaluate the performance of our products. We help development teams optimize their products for the current needs and for the future. We continuously evaluate how we work and the tools we use to make sure we are the best we can be. You will help gather requirements based on production data, you will be involved in automated load testing and bench-marking, as well as end to end load and stress testing from a customer perspective. As a graduate in the Accelerate program you will be part of a team that is involved in all parts of the technical platform, and gain experience in not only frontend and backend performance, but also infrastructure and networking.
The accelerate program will start in September 2019 and is located in Stockholm. During the program you are going to work as a consultant through Studentwork. Kindreds ambition is to hire every consultant after the 6 months program, if both parts are satisfied with the collaboration.Your Profile
