  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator in a SaaS company
  • Familiar with Google Suite tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Doc) and with Slack. You are able to use several systems at once.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Swedish is a plus
  • An interest in music is a plus, e.g if you play an instrument or have experience in recording or creating music using other DAW software (like Ableton or GarageBand)
  • Also a bonus if you have previous experience with a SaaS company in the K12 Education sector

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client's Sales Operations Team to cope with the increased demand for remote teaching that they have been seeing in the last months. Our client offers solutions for Music Makers, Storytellers and Education. As a result of the huge growth our client needs extra support to handle orders, legal review requests and moderate messages we receive from their customers. The Sales Operations Team supports teachers, students and other users within schools that uses our client's application as a teaching tool. The dedicated team ensures so the customers always have a personal point of contact. You will for example make sure that all Purchase Order info is provided before sent for processing. Forward quote requests to the appropriate sales team in their CRM, sending order activation/ confirmation and updating deal information. Setting up new account IDs. Email support with new and renewal customers.

Admission and Application

Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible after agreement, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-09-30 with possible extension.
