About the job
Our Talent acquisition department is mainly divided into two focus areas, the tech unit which is responsible for all tech roles and the business unit to cover all business- and group staff units. You will be responsible to deliver comprehensive support for the recruitments in the business cluster with focus on hands on end to end processes, mainly senior roles including executive cases. You will play a key role in shaping SEB's future organisation by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract the right people for SEB. You will also work closely with our Talent Management partners to drive and support other initiatives that drive business results.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who understands how to deliver real value and challenge when needed, we are expecting you to have 5 years of experience in recruitment and head hunting. As a senior recruiter you are an expert working with end to end process starting from analysing needs, head hunting and search, screening applications and using Linkedin efficiently.
As a person You are a doer who thrives to provide the best candidate and manager experience, you are a collaborator by nature and believe in self leadership. You are also a strong team player with excellent cooperation skills and ability to work cross in an international setting. Preferably you have experience from working in financial industry, worked with executive cases and are comfortable with an agile way of working.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
