About the programme
The programme starts in September 2020 and runs for one year. The right candidate will work and get training in relevant areas. During the year you will gain a good understanding of SEB's business, products and relevant financial regulations. You will get insight into our global internal audit work and have the possibility to immerse in different areas of the audit field. After the 12 month trial period, the goal is to offer you a permanent position as a Internal Auditor within Group Internal Audit.
This is Internal Audit
SEB Group Internal Audit is a global and independent function responsible for giving assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls to the board of directors. We are 75 staff members with different backgrounds located in 13 countries. We are visible in the organization and we act with a strong ethical and moral compass.
Who are you?
You are a team player with strong communication and social skills as well as a person with high integrity. You can focus on details and be thorough while keeping a holistic perspective. A keen interest in data analytics is important as well as being business and solution-oriented. You have problem-solving skills and you are a quick learner.
You will graduate during spring 2020 with an academic degree in Economics, Engineering, IT or equivalent. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Furthermore, you have acquired experience through working or extra Curriculum activities and it is beneficial if you have studied or worked abroad. SEB is currently on a digital transformation journey so skills in digital solutions is merit.
