About the job
The unit Digital Experience & Innovation is responsible for driving and coordinating SEB's front digitalisation agenda. We contribute to increased sales and improved customer satisfaction by steering, coordinating & developing SEB's presence in all digital channels.
As our Open Banking Community Manager you are responsible for SEB's presence on GitHub and other communities. You will take the lead in networking with SEB's internal developer communities within Open Banking as well as orchestrating developers to create mock APIs. In this role you will be responsible for producing newsletters and surveys to facilitate conversation and feedback loops with developers. Compiling insights and needs together with the Developer Portal Manager as well as communicating this to SEB's business units is also an important part of your role.
Who are you?
We believe that you have a broad experience of APIs and developer communities and a deep understanding of the digital world in general with a true passion for the digital context including social media. You have an interest for and can understand SEB's business from a holistic perspective. You also believe in always putting the customer's perspective first.
Experience in business and IT development in line with agile methodology is essential as well as having the ability to work and navigate in a cross-organisational context. To thrive and perform you have strong collaboration, communication and networking skills. You are skilled in facilitating external meet ups in developer communities and you can also take care of questions from a developer portal mailbox.
We believe that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
